The SaaSStatsHub Research Desk is the organizational byline used for research, source review, corrections, publishing, and release verification. The project is currently maintained by a primary independent maintainer rather than a large newsroom. We do not invent individual author identities.
Responsibilities
- Prefer primary filings, official documentation, public agencies, and named research reports.
- Separate observed figures from forecasts and explain material scope limitations.
- Review corrections, broken sources, duplicate passages, and unsupported quantitative claims.
- Verify production builds, redirects, structured data, and machine-readable research catalogs.
- Disclose affiliate relationships without allowing vendors to purchase editorial placement.
Use of Automation
Automated and AI-assisted tools may help with formatting, candidate-source discovery, link checking, duplicate detection, and structural validation. They are not accepted as evidence for a statistic, a first-hand product test, or an invented citation.
Public Records
The open-source frontend and issue history are available on GitHub. The Research Data page provides JSON and CSV catalogs of public articles. Editorial standards and correction rules are documented in the Editorial Policy.
Corrections
Send the affected page URL, the passage in question, and a better direct source through the Contact page.
